This policy explains how information is handled when you use WebMilo, its website and the pages you create. In this policy, “WebMilo”, “we” and “us” refer to the team responsible for the service.
01Information you provide
To create or change a page, the service processes your descriptions, edit requests, selected reference images and existing page content. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your page. If you contact support, we receive your message and the contact details you provide.
02Accounts, devices and purchases
The app creates an account using a random identifier rather than requiring your name or email. It stores your pages, requests, credit balance and purchase history. Technical information can include device and app details, usage events, identifiers, IP addresses and diagnostic logs. App Store payments are handled through your Apple Account; we do not receive your payment-card details.
03AI, photos and voice
Page descriptions and editing context are sent to an AI service to produce the result you request. A photo picker limits access to the images you select. Dictation uses your device’s speech-recognition facilities; where processing cannot happen on the device, the platform provider may process audio. WebMilo receives the resulting text, rather than your dictation audio.
04How information is used and shared
Information is used to generate and host pages, maintain accounts and credits, process purchases, provide support, understand app usage, measure permitted advertising and protect the service. Providers for AI, hosting, purchases, analytics and app configuration process the information needed for those tasks. Disclosure may also occur where legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.
05Published pages and website cookies
Publishing makes your page and its contents publicly accessible. Other people may copy, share or index it; unpublishing does not remove copies held by others. This marketing website does not load advertising or analytics scripts or set non-essential cookies. Hosting services may process request and security information. The iPhone app has separate analytics and permission controls.
06Permissions and advertising choices
The app requests permission before using the advertising identifier for tracking. You can change that choice in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining tracking does not necessarily disable basic app analytics. Microphone and speech-recognition permissions can also be withdrawn in iOS Settings.
07Retention and security
Account content and credit history are retained until account deletion or a deletion request, subject to legal retention requirements. Published pages remain available until unpublished or deleted. App analytics retention is up to 14 months; purchase and security records may have different retention periods. HTTPS and device security controls help protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
08Your rights and international processing
You can unpublish pages and delete your account from Settings > Delete account in the app. Deletion also removes your pages and credit balance; cancelling a subscription is a separate action in your Apple Account. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority. Providers may process data abroad, with safeguards where required. Processing relies on providing the requested service, legitimate operational interests, consent where required and legal obligations.
09Children, updates and contact
The service is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age applicable where they live. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to the support address below.
