These terms cover the WebMilo website, iPhone app and related page-generation and publishing services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
01Using WebMilo
You must be legally able to use the service or have any authorization required from a parent or guardian. Keep your device and account access secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for reviewing a page before publishing it.
02Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in the material you submit. You give the service permission to process, store, adapt and, when you choose to publish, display that material as needed to provide the service. Only submit material you have the right to use, including images, logos and personal information.
03AI-generated results
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other content. Check all text, images, claims, links and legal requirements before using a page. Results are not professional advice. We do not guarantee that output is unique, free of third-party rights or suitable for a particular purpose.
04Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal content, fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, exploitation, harassment or infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights. Do not attempt to bypass payment or usage limits, access another user’s data or disrupt the service. Content or access may be restricted to address abuse, security concerns or legal requirements.
05Publishing and availability
You decide whether to publish a page. Published content is public and may be indexed or copied by third parties. You can update or unpublish pages through the app. Service availability and generated results can vary; uninterrupted hosting, search rankings, audience reach and permanent retention are not guaranteed. Keep copies of important material.
06Subscriptions and payments
WebMilo offers optional App Store subscriptions and token packs. The purchase screen states the price, currency, duration and included benefits. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal may be charged within the preceding 24 hours. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or your WebMilo account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable law.
07Tokens and usage
Creating or editing pages can consume tokens. Check the app for the amount required and your available balance. Under the current offer, subscription bonus tokens expire two months after they are granted; purchased token packs do not expire. Future purchase terms will be shown before purchase. Tokens are service credits, have no cash value and are not transferable unless a feature or applicable law provides otherwise.
08Privacy, suspension and responsibility
Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop using the service and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end access for serious misuse, legal obligations or service discontinuation, with notice where reasonably possible. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
09App Store terms, changes and contact
Use of the iPhone app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement where applicable and to the terms of your App Store purchases. We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes, showing a new date and providing notice where required. The mandatory laws and protections applicable to you remain in force.
